No matter what our culture dictates, it is possible for our young adults to find and follow their own path. I believe they have innate wisdom to heal their bodies, navigate difficult waters, make sound choices, honor their humanness and steward the earth.
After 35 years as a professional and 17 years as a parent and step-parent, my experience is merging with my passion to offer skills and wisdom to our future leaders. What lights me up more than anything is creating a safe space for young people to find their own way in transitory times, while supporting parents to re-imagine parenthood.

My professional training is as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I am a mother and a step-mother, a founding member of an intentional community, a wife and a woman, a spiritual being having a human experience.
I have worked in community mental health, non-profit and for-profit organizations, start-up businesses, private therapy practice, educational settings and event production. I have been a business owner, a creator, a therapist, a counselor, a performer, a dance instructor and a teacher.
