: a ritual, event, or experience that marks or constitutes a major milestone or change in a person’s life

–Merriam-Webster Dictionary

From the age of 12 through 25, teens walk through a multitude of moments, large and small, that collectively become the rite of passage of adolescence.  This journey can be overwhelming for families as teens may face challenges in relationships, school and their health in the process.

Some families can feel supported and empowered with brief coaching,  developing more effective strategies to manage the shifting sands of roles and responsibilities as teens gain independence. For other families, when mental health challenges develop simultaneously, more in depth support may be needed.

If your teen or pre-teen is struggling, especially as they are nearing graduation, and you are…

  • Worried that they may get off track and lose motivation,

  • Uncertain how they will play the social game,

  • Concerned they will feel lost and alone,

  • Wondering how they will take care of themselves,

  • Worried they will pull away or maybe they will need you too much,

  • Going to miss them too much when they go,

  • Afraid something bad will happen and you won’t be there to help,

  • Currently struggling to see eye to eye, and/or

  • Concerned about the choices they are making now.

…then the Launch Program might be right for your family.
