The science of resilience, parenting, adolescent brain development, nutrition and the nervous system are ever evolving and transforming. It can make a parent’s head spin to try to keep up with it all. I take out the guesswork and minimize the overwhelm by doing the research and preparing accessible, useful and flexible courses to meet your needs.
The focus of these courses are typically about building resilience in body, mind, relationships and purpose for both teens and parents.
